He got our job scheduled fairly quickly, despite it being winter. The project itself was seamless and we are very happy with the result. I hired Rosewood to replace my front porch decking and to repair some water-damaged trim. They were also able to fix the architectural issues issues that caused the poor water drainage issues. They completed the trim repair and main front porch work promptly, though weather delayed a few of the finish details. We opted for PVC tongue-in-groove decking, which really looks great. We're very happy with the work, and appreciate Jon and Nate's efforts. For two years, I dreamed of a nicer patio than the builder grade concrete slab. Rosewood is the only company that presented an affordable option for my patio dreams that far exceeded my expectations. Out of the five contractors that we shortlisted 1. Superior Construction and Remodelling LLC, 2. Kyle's Rosewood Homeservices 3. Great Day Improvements LLC 4. Valverax LLC Kyle 's quote worked well within our budget and the time period to complete was something that aligned within our patio project phase as well. He was very prompt to come and take the measurements of our space that needed to be enclosed. We also did request to add a fan to our newly made Patio space which was not in our initial but he was able to help us as well. I have not had an experience where I have been treated with kindness and given importance and followed up after the project as well. The electrician who came by to fix my fan : Storm? or a peculiar named girl came by with her colleague who came to patch the little space between the swing door and the step. These folks were just the best and very detailed in answering all my questions. They also ensured everything was in working order and the place was cleaned up ( the cardboard and packaging of the Fan) I could not have asked for more.
