Kyle Ledyard is the owner of Rosewood Decks and Outdoor Living and a dedicated Outdoor Living Specialist with a passion for creating outdoor spaces that bring people together. With a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality, Kyle takes pride in guiding each project from concept to completion, ensuring every detail reflects both craftsmanship and care.
Kyle and his wife, Amy, are both entrepreneurs who share a drive for building meaningful businesses and lasting relationships within their community. Together, they are raising their four children in the Waxhaw, NC area, where family and connection are at the center of everything they do.
When he’s not working on projects, Kyle enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his family. These are values that inspire the spaces he helps create for others.
Production Operations Lead
As Rosewood Decks and Outdoor Living’s Production Operations Lead, Cardiss plays a critical role in ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with our project management and production teams to coordinate schedules, streamline operations, solve challenges, and help ensure that every outdoor living space is built to Rosewood’s high standards. His attention to detail and commitment to efficiency help keep projects on track while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
Having been with Rosewood for over two years, one of the things he enjoys most about the company is the culture. To him, working at Rosewood feels like working with family. He values the teamwork, support, and shared commitment to excellence that make every project a success.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, hitting the open road on his motorcycle, or adding to his ever-growing sneaker collection. A firm believer in working smarter, not harder, he is always looking for ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and help the entire team succeed.
Project Manager
Jon has been an integral part of Rosewood Decks and Outdoor Living since the very beginning, playing a key role in shaping the quality and consistency our clients have come to expect. As Project Manager, Jon oversees each build with a steady, detail-oriented approach, ensuring projects stay on track and every element is executed to the highest standard.
With a deep understanding of the construction process and a commitment to clear communication, Jon helps create a smooth and enjoyable experience for homeowners from start to finish. His dedication and reliability make him a trusted resource for both clients and the team.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys cooking, hosting friends and family, and spending time on the golf course. He’s also often accompanied by Scout, his loyal dog and the beloved mascot of Rosewood Decks. Whether on-site or off the clock, Scout is a familiar and friendly face that reflects the welcoming, down-to-earth culture of the team.
Project Coordinator
Alex serves as the Project Coordinator at Rosewood Decks and Outdoor Living, working closely alongside Jon to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. With a strong focus on organization and communication, Alex helps keep every detail aligned, creating a seamless experience for both clients and the team.
A graduate of Appalachian State University, Alex brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to his role, supporting project timelines and helping bring each outdoor space to life.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, hitting the golf course, and exploring local breweries. His outgoing personality and team-first mindset make him a valued part of the Rosewood Decks experience.
